I get inspired by old movies, because I feel like they're from an age we'll never be able to revisit - the glamour, the beauty and the romance. I used black fire-polished Czech glass beads that I 'rescued' from a vintage piece of jewelry, and added tiny little glistening beads in turquoise and clear. The overall effect is subtly glamourous - I hope it makes the wearer feel like Grace Kelly or Lana Turner. The bracelet is 6.5 inches long.

Abalone is, to me, the Diamond of the Ocean. Pearls are beautiful, but Abalone can grow to such astounding sizes and of such amazing beauty, it floors me. These earrings are two completely different chunks of Abalone shell - they don't match, and that's the point. They're set on 14kt solid gold wire, with 14kt gold beads and findings. The earrings are exactly 2 1/4 inches long, and complement almost anything you can put with it.

Tokitikki Signature Design. This spectacular necklace grew itself almost organically. I kept finding lovely stones and beads and setting them aside, telling myself they were for 'something special'. That something special ended up being inspired by the ever-changing ocean I look out on every day. I used vintage faceted Opaline as my focal beads, and added aquamarine, freshwater pearls, turquoise, hematite, clear quartz, Swarovski crystal and sterling silver to create a truly stunning collar of hues reminiscent of the Pacific. I feel this necklace is as calming as it is beautiful - every bit as beautiful as she is who will wear it.

This is one of my favourite pieces! The entire Chinese Zodiac is hand painted on a bone ring about an inch and a half across. It's the only one I've found like this - which makes this necklace completely one of a kind. It's complemented by a truly stunning faceted vivid Blue Quartz stone - another stone I haven't been able to find in a couple of years. It took me forever to design a necklace that would feature this gorgeous pendant but not be just another boring piece. The necklace is formed of tiny brown czech glass beads and genuine Swarovski crystal "Pearls". All findings are of sterling silver.

These earrings were specially designed for a customer who wanted a specific pair of earrings to give as a gift. The small sterling silver earwires seem to melt immediately into a Bali sterling silver heart-shaped chandelier component, to which I attached genuine Jade oval beads which have been dyed a lovely aqua colour, Opaline, Swarovski Crystals and Czech glass beads. They fall almost 2" (about 4.5cm) from the earlobe and have a really lovely swing to them!
