Three worst habits

procrastinating interrupting people, getting frustrated too quickly with people or something I’m doing.

Two most recent breakups

most recent was the guy I dated for ten months.  broke up with me after I got back from india.  It wasn’t terribly serious at all, we hung out for a few days each month playing video games, drinking, cooking and going out for sushi.  so, when he broke up with me saying ‘he wasn’t ready for a commitment’, I was a little surprised.  and I called him on it, saying ‘what kind of commitment have I asked you for, since we don’t spend that much time together and I’ve been in another country for over a month?’  He didn’t have a good answer, so I laughed at him.  I wasn’t heartbroken, for sure.

Previously, was my husband and I getting a divorce.  It wasn’t exactly amicable, but it wasn’t contested.  I refused to file since I wasn’t the one that cheated.  So, all I did was sit on it.  Legally separated in South Carolina means I can do whatever I want.  So, for a year and a half, I was technically married (from Jan 2008 to July 2009), but the divorce was final August 30, 2009.  The only reason I remember is because that’s my dad’s birthday.

One wish for where you want your life to go in the new year

I wish for excitement and contentment.

Is it out of line to hope for?

Randomly played songs on my itunes. This song came up, and frankly, this is what I want. I want to be important enough to someone who loves me, whether or not they will write a song about me.

Jack Johnson – Angel

“I’ve got an angel
She doesn’t wear any wings
She wears a heart that can melt my own
She wears a smile that can make me wanna sing
She gives me presents
With her presence alone
She gives me everything I could wish for
She gives me kisses on the lips just for coming home

She could make angels
I’ve seen it with my own eyes
You gotta be careful when you’ve got good love
Cause the angels will just keep on multiplying

But you’re so busy changing the world
Just one smile can change all of mine
We share the same soul
Oh oh oh oh oh ohhh
We Share the same soul
Oh oh oh oh oh ohhh
We Share the same soul
Oh oh oh oh oh ohhh
Oh oh oh oh oh ohhh
Umm umm umm uhhhhhhmm”

I have seen some awesome today
